Part of the Surgery Campaign, the Global Clinical team has organized a webinar series with the Global Sepsis Alliance and the World Society of Emergency Surgery. This webinar series will contribute to increase the awareness around the use of PCT in surgery that are driving the adoption of PCT into national and international guidelines.
I wanted to inform you that the webinars series is already announced in their website and open for registration.
There will be three dedicated sessions with experts:
- Acute peritonitis (September 13, 2023) – Igor Kryvoruchko (Ukraine), Jan Ulrych (Cezch Republic), Tadeja Pintar (Slovenia), among other speakers
- Acute pancreatitis (September 20, 2023) – Vladimir Khokha (Belarus), Boris Sakakushev (Bulgaria), Samir Delibegovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina), among other speakers
- Antibiotics in surgical infections (October 3, 2023) – Miklosh Bala (Israel), Ibrahima Sall (Senegal), Kemal Rasa (Turkey), among other speakers
